Our mission-driven and member-focused company is seeking an experienced and highly self-motivated IT Manager & Information Security Officer.
This role is ideal for a talented security minded IT professional looking to grow their skills and experience into organizational information security governance. We are looking for someone who can drive the maturation of our IT management infrastructure and processes so that the IT function at Reema can run as smoothly as possible. That person will increase their security responsibilities over time, being provided with valuable on the job training and experience so that they can ultimately own the information security function at Reema while maintaining the IT processes that they have stood up.
IT Management Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our Apple devices (Macs, iPads, and iPhones) through Jamf, ensuring efficient and secure operations
- Administer Google Workspace accounts and manage access for additional third-party software, ensuring secure and organized workflows
- Develop and implement systems that enable IT to scale effectively as the company grows
- Provide IT support, managing software updates, troubleshooting, and user access
Information Security Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Reema Health's Information Security Officer, by understanding our security program, developing and executing on a strategy for maintaining and strengthening our security posture
- Lead third-party and customer security reviews
- Execute on regular security tasks such as log, and access reviews
- Author and revise company security policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company objectives
- Lead cross-functional departments through the maintenance and renewal of our HITRUST certification, by understanding how we satisfy security controls
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, particularly with Apple device management (preferably Jamf)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and experience managing other third-party saas products
- Strong understanding of information security principles and industry best practices
- Exposure to or experience with HITRUST certification or similar information security standards is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, effective policies and procedures
- A hunger to learn and eagerness to understand and balance cross-functional perspectives with IT and security needs
