10059 - Sr Software Engineer
Purpose:
Position is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing software projects and tasks. Directly interfacing with user clients about their systems and ensuring their system is functioning correctly.
Essential Functions:
- Analyze all user requests to determine if change to system is necessary.
- Work with users on a day-to-day basis to answer any system questions or concerns they may have.
- Analyze, Design, Develop, and Implement projects/program changes to your system.
- Coordinate and work with other HAEA groups when integration projects/issues arise.
- Work with all outside vendors that interface with your system when necessary.
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ Years of consulting experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in portal development experience using SAP UI5/Java.
- Java based SAP EP maintenance and support (hands-on) and transform by learning.
- Experience in working environments using Agile (SCRUM) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
- Experience working on Web Services SOAP, WSDL, RESTful Web Services, Microservices, JAX-RS, JAX-WS.
- Experience in developing, deploying, and managing N-tier server centric enterprise J2EE applications Eclipse IDE with Java web technologies like Servlets, JSPs, JSTL, JSF and JNDI and enterprise technologies like EJB and JMS
- Experience in developing Microservices using Spring boot framework.
- Experience in development and deployment of applications using JBoss, WebLogic application server, WebSphere application server and Tomcat server.
- Good Experience in design patterns like Singleton, DAO, Session façade, Front controller, and delegate pattern.
- Experience working with Cloud Environments – SAP BTP and AWS platforms.
- Able work as a junior level AWS/SAP BTP Architect down the line.
- Working experience in implementing IAM solutions and SSO integrations.
- Working knowledge of CMS Solutions using Strapi.io, and familiarity with GraphQL, PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of building CI/CD pipelines and use Gitlab as a code repository.
- Experience in working environments using Agile (SCRUM) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
- Experience working on RESTful Web Services, Microservices, and Java.
- Good communication skills – Oral and Written
- Occasional travel may be required.

Salary range: $98,060 to $151,008
