Job Title: Software Engineer IV
Job Location: 5201 Regent Blvd., Ste. 130, Irving, TX 75063
Job Duties: Oversee maintenance support for existing software based products; lead the design, development and test of new software products and systems; facilitate and approve software design and code reviews; prepare all levels of software documentation; ensure adherence to NYAB software processes; participate in software process improvement efforts; prepare and maintain software configuration management plans; prepare complete software project development plans; and interface with other departments as necessary.
Minimum Requirements: BS in Software or Computer Engineering and five years of experience OR MS in Software or Computer Engineering and two years of experience.
Must have two years of experience with each of the following: developing C/C++ applications in an embedded real-time operating system with object oriented Analysis and design and domain modeling with UML; ISO, CMM standards; Socket programming (TCP/IP and/or UDP/IP); and tools for version control and defect tracking.
