• Develop responsive, performant, and well-architected web applications using modern full-stack techniques, and take high ownership and autonomy in UI/UX design and implementation to craft flawless user experiences
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for modern browsers
• Design, build, and maintain APIs that reliably and efficiently handle high loads. Experience with relational databases, SQL and NoSQL database technologies
• Contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews, while identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities. Empathize with end-users to balance user experience and engineering constraints, delivering comprehensive solutions

- 0 - 4 years of experience As a SWE
- Proficient in profiling, debugging, performance optimization, and testing.
- Strong attention to detail, able to work independently and in a team, take initiative, and communicate effectively.
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Expertise in building scalable backends with modern server-side languages like JavaScript, Golang, Ruby, or Rust
- Professional experience with Linux systems and tools
- Experience developing HIPAA-compliant systems.
