Overview:
Primary Skills:
7+ experience in Automotive and 4+ yrs in Powertrain SW
Supplier to provide the following:
• Expertise in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, TargetLink, Embedded Coder
• Expertise in AccuRev Configuration Management
• Preferred expertise in IBM ALM Tool Suite including Rational Team Concert
• Any standard industry training
• Experience in HIL/Vehicle testing of powertrain related functionalities using tools like INCA, CANalyzer, etc.
• Experience with standard controls development tools (modeling / simulation / development / testing)
• All work products, including designs, test results/reports, review logs, and software source code, are the property of client.
Secondary Skills:
Suggested Skill Set:
• BS in mechanical or electrical engineering; MS desirable
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with engine and transmission controls
• Familiarity with software integration and build processes
• Create and modify powertrain controls Simulink design documents, code files, data dictionary records, and test case documents.
• Document and classify issues discovered during work product reviews, and track to resolution.
• Follow Software Development Life Cycle process.
• Assist in resolution of reported software issues.
• Participate in Feature Team meetings.
• Provide prototype and one-off software builds according to specifications and planned content.
• Assist tracking of CPU resources: RAM, ROM, EEPROM, etc.
• Perform CPU Bandwidth testing for major release milestones.
• Assist with maintenance of Process and Procedure Documents.
