Overview
T. Rowe Price seeks a Sr. Software Engineer in Owings Mills, MD to:
- Plan and implement future Global Client Reporting platforms with AWS Cloud-based technology infrastructure, including integrations with cloud vendor platforms such as SimCorp Coric.
- Work in an Agile environment, create and maintain moderate to highly complex technical solutions based on their translation of functional requirements and unit tests solutions.
- Develop technical specifications and design documents from which programs and applications are written, including implementation of enterprise and cloud security standards.
- Design solutions and estimate the size of the effort required to complete complex, moderate to large scale projects based on their analysis of the requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field plus 2+ years’ experience as a software engineer.
- 2+ years of experience in Development and Testing with Languages/Scripts (Java, Rest Webservices, J2EE Technologies (JSP, JQuery, JSON), JavaScript, and/or HTML, Cloud Technologies (AWS Cloud Services and Docker), Databases (SQL & Oracle), Backend (Postgres, DB2), SDLC Processes (Agile Scrum) and Developer Tools (Eclipse).

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to three days a week.
