The Cybersecurity Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of cybersecurity products and services. This role involves consultative selling, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and digital solutions product unit to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned account’s cybersecurity sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales director.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least ten (10) years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Professional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443,CISSP, CISM)
- Experience with SaaS and cloud-based cybersecurity solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 / digitalization initiatives and technologies
