Job Title: DevSecOps Engineer
Location: Lexington, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in Lexington, MA. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of secure development and operations practices, ensuring integration across the entire software lifecycle. This role involves managing development environments, overseeing cloud infrastructure, and automating deployments and system updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate secure development practices into all operational stages.
- Develop and execute strategies for digital engineering and governance.
- Assess system requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Identify risks and opportunities, advising on mitigation strategies.
- Manage complex projects across in-house and cloud-based infrastructures.
- Facilitate planning sessions to align team priorities with project goals.
- Implement continuous delivery methods to streamline updates and testing.
- Install and manage tools for automated testing and deployment.
Required Background:
- 6+ years in roles supporting software development processes.
- 3+ years working with DevSecOps principles or similar approaches.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and continuous delivery tools.
- Proficiency in containerization tools and version control systems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and secure coding practices.
- Ability to meet U.S. government client requirements.
Bonus Skills:
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of security vulnerability monitoring tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
