Position Summary
DMBA is looking for an Information Security Analyst I to join the Information Security Team. The Information Security Team reports to the Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for the Information security program. This compliance role will support a variety of information security risk and compliance functions.
Responsibilities
- Leverage a wide range of technologies to help identify, track, and respond to risk
- Help support the third-party risk management program
- Perform vulnerability scanning and help investigate known vulnerability findings
- Address security items shared through the phishing and security incident hotline
- Manage the security access request and audit workflows
- Design and implement security awareness and training content
- Participate in gathering audit artifacts and evidence for periodic audits
- Document and implement control testing procedures
- Be an active participant in building the ISMS by evaluating and suggesting solutions
Qualifications And Experience
- 4-year Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 1-2 years of information security audit or compliance experience
- Good understanding of information security best practices
- Understanding of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, etc.)
- Knowledge of databases, common operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking
- CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA Sec+, or equivalent information security understanding
- Knowledge of common security solutions (Firewall, WAF, Vulnerability Scanning, XDR, etc.)
- Fundamental cloud security understanding (Azure or AWS)

- Ability to work with various IT and Business teams to address sensitive topics and risk
- Strong business communication skills
- Ability to work independently on various tasks
- Highly motivated team player with a desire to improve the security program
