Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Information Technology at Kiefer Aquatics located in the Greater Bloomington, Illinois Area. The Director of Information Technology will oversee IT operations, network security, IT strategy, and IT management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- IT Management and Information Technology skills
- Experience in IT Operations and Network Security
- Strong IT Strategy capabilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
- Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
- Open to learning new skills and processes that support the business
- High level of integrity with a strong sense of accountability
