Bustle Digital Group is seeking a Freelance Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team. This position is client-facing and will be responsible for executing post-sale production for media and custom content campaigns specifically for West Coast clients, with an emphasis on entertainment clients. The role requires orchestrating internal resources to ensure campaign expectations and contractual obligations are met, while also acting as a client advocate and liaison between teams.
This is a 3-month freelance, remote role, with an opportunity to extend. Candidates must be available to work PST hours, and based on the West Coast.
ResponsibilitiesProvide best-in-class service managing active programs independently, overseeing multiple campaign elements, and acting as the primary contact for clients post-saleUnderstand all sold campaign elements and strategies to deliver on client campaign objectives, particularly for entertainment clientsResponsible for creating and maintaining all program documentation during post-sale (including client kick-off call agendas, sold scope-of-work, and additional campaign trackers)Coordinate with third-party vendors to design rich media ad units and assemble relevant decks such as screenshots when a campaign goes liveCollaborate with the Ad Ops team to monitor creative implementation, tag delivery, QA of media, execution and delivery, and ensure KPIs are achieved and optimized from a media standpointWork closely with internal BDG Studio teams to execute custom content deliverables, including custom articles, social media posts, Instagram stories, influencer activations, and photo shootsUse project management software (Monday.com) to manage branded content projects and deliverables, ensuring all elements stay on schedulePartner with the Distribution Marketing team to execute content distribution plans and manage performance across key social platformsCollaborate with the Reporting & Insights Team to analyze campaign performance metrics, provide real-time optimization recommendations, and create end-of-campaign recap decks
RequirementsBA or equivalentMust work PST hours3-5 years of experience in advertising or publisher companies, particularly with entertainment clientsStrong track record in client serviceExperience in branded content (video, articles, social, influencer, events) and media execution is essentialStrong attention to detailHighly organized with the ability to multitaskPreferred: Proficiency with Keynote, Excel, Google Suite, Monday.com
