Job Description
The IFS ERP Vice President/GM is responsible for the direct execution of North America sales and delivery in a regional market. The purpose of the position includes providing leadership to the sales team and coordination of the company sales function. Developing and implementing sales strategy and monitoring and analyzing sales activity against goals.
Responsibilities:
- Direct the execution of sales efforts and initiatives within targeted markets
- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
- Collaborate with marketing leadership, sales management and other internal functional groups to identify and develop new customers for IFS products and services
- Provide an accurate forecast that supports the management of the company’s cash flow targets and develop annual sales plan strategies and plans to accomplish or exceed corporate goals which drive the increase of revenue and profitability.
- Manage and build a rolling pipeline and identify opportunities and new project development.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, processes, costs and results.
- Develop and manage sales budget and oversee the development and management of internal operating budget
- Directly engage with key client accounts, deliver value-based sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
- Establish long-term business relationships with customers, key strategic partners and influencers.
- Effectively prospect for New Business leads/opportunities, target new accounts and opportunities in medium to large companies.
- Consulting delivery:Oversee and optimize consulting delivery processes within a professional services context.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive client success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Qualifications / Skills:
- 10+ years professional experience required.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in IFS ERP Operations, pre-sales and delivery
- 5 to 6 years of experience in the IFS eco-system.
- Must have previous P/L responsibility and have led a high-performing sales team which include IFS sales/ delivery.
- Must have previous experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions/ management consulting experience with a value sell mentality.
- Proven track record in complex sales at C-level with a collaborative and impactful manner
