In this role you will work closely with customer and internal functional teams to execute the strategies that meet regulatory requirements. You will be the primary driver and subject matter expert for developing efficient tactical initiative for the product cybersecurity requirements. You will drive the planning and execution of the strategies that ensure internal and customer requirements are met.

Product Cyber Security Manager
Responsibilities
- Define scope and strategies to meet customer requirements while maintaining internal business needs
- Be a subject matter expert and provide guidance to product engineering and related functions thru product development and launch cycle
- Provide technical support to the development of software, hardware and manufacturing processes to identify and resolve risk early in the product and process development cycle. Keep up to date with the regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure mitigation plans are identified to manage threats with minimal business and product risk.
- Working knowledge of ISO 21434, ISO 26262,TISAX, ISO 27000 and related regulations essential to develop product Cybersecurity strategies and plans including concept, documentation, execution plan and retention
- Lead internal and prepare for external audits to ensure compliance
- Manage a wide range of cybersecurity requirements and translate them into product specific requirements over the whole lifecycle
- Lead and drive cyber security activities in the organization and support the launch of secure-by-design products
- Provide security guidance on software and hardware development and establish relevant documentation
Qualifications
- > 5 years of experience in automotive product cybersecurity engineering
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent
- Knowledge of Battery chemistry and design is a big plus
