Our client is seeking a Network Administrator to help maintain a resilient, high-quality network for their growing business. Oversee software configurations, manage updates, and secure networks. Plan and improve network capacity to enable seamless network access and operations. This is an opportunity to grow the breadth of your IT knowledge by gaining systems and security admin exposure and experience.

Schedule: Onsite M-F, 8-4PM (potential for on-call but not typical)
- Track and document relevant changes
- Evaluate possible risks and orchestrate mitigations
- Prevent activities compromising or using the network as an attack vendor
- Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware
- Install and configure network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues
- Update virus protection software to keep data and communications protected
- Monitor computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks
- Communicate networking issues to other employees and management with a sense of urgency
- Fix software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems
Highly preferred experience specific to their environment:
- Ubiquiti - access points, routers, switches, and/or cameras. Experience with Ubiquiti to manage all connected devices and provide a single point for configuration and administration
- Cradlepoint – establish and maintain internet and network connections in various environments
