Position: Founder/CTO/Lead Engineer, BKC-AI
About: BKC is a future ready real estate manager. We source, develop & manage high-quality infill industrial assets underpinned by strong macro-economic tailwinds.
Overview: Lead the development of BKC-AI which is aimed at optimizing real estate investment and asset management decision-making through predictive analytics, asset-specific insights, and data-driven risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the development of a scalable AI and data infrastructure platform
- Implement machine learning models to forecast investment & asset performance and risk
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate market data, insights, and best practice principles into the platform
- Ensure data security, compliance, and operational resilience
Requirements:
- Strong background in data engineering, predictive modelling, and design
- Proven experience with theoretical & mathematical models in the ML/AI/LLM space
- Leadership experience in building out tech teams for high-growth platforms
- Open to travelling 2-3 times per year (e.g. Australia and Asia)
- Industrial real estate interest & knowledge is a bonus
