Role: IAM/PAM Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to lead and execute projects aimed at enhancing our organization's security posture. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of PAM solutions, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for PAM initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of PAM projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and other relevant departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to PAM implementations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and support throughout project lifecycles.
- Foster a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
Technical Understanding:
- Stay up-to-date with PAM technologies and best practices to inform project decisions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration and deployment of PAM solutions.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, lessons learned, and process improvements.
- Prepare and present project status updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, with a focus on PAM or cybersecurity projects.
- Strong knowledge of PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.) is a plus.
