Unified Patents is seeking a highly motivated Director / VP of Sales & Business Development to drive growth and expand our client base. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and maximize revenue from existing accounts. Your leadership will be key in managing a team of sales professionals, identifying market trends, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to optimize performance and drive results
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while cultivating relationships with existing clients
- Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to inform strategy and decision-making

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in business development and managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of the legal technology, patent, or intellectual property markets is highly desirable
