As our CEO, you will guide a team of passionate leaders and drive our key business areas, including Sales, Research, Operations, and Finance. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our global reach and solidifying our market position, making decisions that will not only influence our immediate future but also shape our long-term success.

Immediate Responsibilities
- Direct operations involving Species Leaders, Sales Growth, Research, Operations, and Finance. Be actively involved in all facets of management and strategic decision-making.
- Own a handful of key customer and supplier relationships, working directly with their top leadership to strengthen and expand partnerships.
- Drive the growth of our international distributor networks to boost our presence globally.
Additional Eventual Responsibilities
- Direct our new product development initiatives, ensuring our offerings are innovative and aligned with market demands.
- Facilitate strategic alignment and communication among the Board, investors, and our teams to enhance collaboration and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven success in a broad leadership role
- 5+ years of excellence in sales and sales management
- Skilled in driving strategic vision, growth, and efficiency
- Strong leader with a history of building high-performing teams
- Experienced in scaling businesses, managing P&L, and executing growth strategies
- Exceptional decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills
