Qualifications
- Proven experience collaborating with agencies and business units to gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into technical and security infrastructure needs, resulting in architecture design documentation that includes data flows, system interfaces, authentication methods, and more.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of Solution Architects and Level 3 Operational/Technical support staff, ensuring effective communication and a clear understanding of both technical and business concepts.
- Experience in spearheading the adoption of modern technologies essential to the organization’s core mission, including but not limited to DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, AI technologies, and BI/Data Analytics.
- Skilled in partnering and collaborating with stakeholders—including business units, IT teams, and external vendors—to communicate technical and business strategies effectively.
- Experienced in evaluating new products to ensure they align with business requirements and adhere to IT policy compliance.
