System Administrator
Job Description
Our direct client, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI), seeks a System Administrator with at least 2+ years in Windows 10 and Office 365 support. This includes policies, procedures, best practices, and support of development teams around the same. Here is a quick rundown of the position (see attached for full job description):
- Required Skills: 2+ years in Systems Administration, Windows 10 support, Office 365 support, Software Troubleshooting, Process documentation, Troubleshooting documentation, and Software evaluation.
- Nice To Have Skills: Remote support experience, Workstation imaging, InTune (mobile device management), Active Directory.
- The candidate is currently a Wisconsin resident at the time of submission or will relocate before the start of the contract (and will remain in WI for the duration of the contract)
- The candidate can be onsite at DPI four days a week.
- 2+ years in System Administration roles
- Support roles of Windows 10 and Office 365
- Software troubleshooting
- Active Directory Administration (GPO, etc.) or InTune
- The candidate's LinkedIn profile URL.
- Confirmation that the candidate is currently a resident of Wisconsin at the time of submission or is open to relocation before start.
- Confirmation that the candidate can be onsite at DPI (in Madison) up to four days a week.
- START / END: 11/18/2024 to 06/30/2025 with the possibility of extension. The state cannot post any job beyond the end of the current fiscal year (so while many/most jobs at the state could run multi-year, they all are capped to the current fiscal year to start).
- CLIENT LOCATION: 125 S. Webster St, Madison, WI 53703
- WORK ARRANGEMENT: 20-40% Remote [in Wisconsin]. Hybrid (3-4 days/week on-site) . Candidates must be current WI residents at the time of submission or relocation before the contract starts (at their cost).
