Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for operational resilience? Join our team and play a critical role in protecting our technology infrastructure.
Position Summary:
As an Operational Resilience Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to protect, recover, and continue critical IT operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage disaster recovery plans, and ensure business continuity during disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resilience strategies to protect IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure resilience plans align with the company's risk management and compliance framework.
- Manage and coordinate disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure DR plans include technical and procedural steps for restoring critical systems.
- Test DR plans to ensure compliance with bank and industry standards.
- Support and oversee Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
- Monitor and report on IT resilience status, risks, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide training on business continuity and disaster recovery.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT operational resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity management.
- Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and risk management frameworks.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to BCP/DR (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, COBIT).
- Reporting: Experience with monitoring, testing, and reporting resilience strategies to senior leadership.
- Project Management: Strong project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a financial institution.
- Certifications such as CBCP, ITIL, or CISSP.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
