Job Description: VP of Sales
Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative VP of Sales to spearhead our sales strategy and execution in the financial services and investment management sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a transformative sales strategy that aligns with Jazzx.ai's long-term vision and objectives in financial services and investment management.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at the CXO level, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Revenue Generation: Drive aggressive revenue growth by capitalizing on new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and leveraging strategic partnerships.
- 0 to 1 Experience in Product Launches (Must-Have): Oversee the sales process for new product launches, from inception (0) to market (1), ensuring effective adoption and market fit.
- Market Expertise: Continuously analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to strategically position Jazzx.ai’s offerings.
- Team Development and Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to align on product development and market strategies.
- Sales Training and Enablement: Create and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team to enhance their knowledge and effectiveness.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish clear KPIs to monitor sales performance and provide strategic insights to the executive team.
- Thought Leadership and Representation: Act as a key representative for Jazzx.ai at industry events, enhancing brand visibility and establishing thought leadership.
Experience
- Extensive Sales Leadership Experience: At least 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 7 years in senior roles within financial services or investment management.
- Proven Track Record of Success: Strong history of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- 0 to 1 Experience in Product Launches (Must-Have): Proven ability to successfully lead new product launches from inception (0) to market (1).
- Expertise in Financial Services Solutions (Must-Have): In-depth understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
