Job Description
10-12 years of experience in relevant NW field is required.
Should be excellent in LAN/WAN, should be expert in FW concepts.
Architecture/design and implementation responsibility for Data Center and LAN/WAN for large corporate environment, based on architectural standards.
Should have good switching n routing skills (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP), should be able to troubleshoot sw/routing issues.
Excellent knowlege and troubleshooting skills required in Cisco wireless controller (WLC).
Should have good knowledge and toubelshooting skills in Citrix netscaler LB.
Tools knowledge should be there (Solarwinds, Cisco Prime, if possible Cisco DNA as well).
Provide Level L4+ support and troubleshooting to resolve issues with in SLA.
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Well versed with ticketing tools like ServiceNOW, Team Dynamix etc..
Expertise in network documentation tools such as Visio..
Strong knowledge of Convergence Technologies including QOS on LAN and WAN
Should have good communication skills and flexible with shift timings.

Planning & Design
Planning & design of the core implementation into the network
Fiber and sfp connection profile creation and updating to physical team on connection
Creating switch and routing profile for the requirement Aruba Central integration:
Integrating the new core into Aruba central for mgmt. and orchestration & set for compliance.
Ensure proper LAN connectivity is in place for switches. Base test from Aruba central on the devices
- To ensure customer engagement or satisfaction and referenceability
- To plan for Program and Delivery Management and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of margin are met.
- To anchor process improvementorcompliance (human error reporting) and other organizational initiatives (automation , Lean IT implemetation)
- To guide, manage, develop, engage the team therby ensuring employee retention
- To ensure upskillor creation of resources through internal academiesor trainings and growth rotation
