Walnut Way Conservation Corp. is looking for an Agile Team Manager to lead and facilitate the Agile process within our dynamic organization. This role is instrumental in guiding teams to embrace Agile methodologies, enhancing collaboration, productivity, and innovation.
As the Agile Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple teams, ensuring they are aligned with the organization's goals and methodologies. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile thinking while removing blockers that hinder team progress.

You will implement Agile best practices and help cultivate a high-performing, collaborative atmosphere that encourages creativity and accountability.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure clarity and prioritization of the product backlog
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, values, and principles
- Monitor team progress and performance metrics to identify areas for refinement and growth
- Engage with stakeholders to foster transparent communication and alignment of goals
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure team success
- Encourage and support a culture of self-organization and accountability within teams
- Contribute to and evolve the organization's Agile framework
- Conduct regular check-ins with team members to gather feedback and promote continuous improvement

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Team Manager or similar role in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Effective communication skills, with the capacity to coach a diverse audience
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and fostering transparency
- Ability to identify and resolve conflicts and impediments efficiently
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics to guide team performance
- Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach) is a plus
