Role Description
CosmoBrands seeks an innovative, creative, and retail-savvy individual to serve within its Stores, Client Services, & Online Division as Senior Vice President - Salon Merchandising & Creative Services.
Reporting to the Chief Merchant & Executive Vice President - Merchandising & Creative Services, and in their absence, the President of the Stores, Client Services, & Online Division (SCS&O), this incumbent would be responsible for assisting the Division with establishing the; visual, licensing, marketing, communications; strategies, deliverables, and foundational goals, as well as interior in-store and online e-commerce architecture for the CosmoBrands portfolio of Salon Nameplates (B. Altman & Company, Henri Bendel's of New York, and Bullock's of Los Angeles).
Qualifications
- Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making skills
- Financial Management and Budgeting experience
- Significant Retail Industry Knowledge and Experience, especially as it relates to; merchandising, licensing, vendor management, and product marketing.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Team Building and Talent Development skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Retail & Fashion Merchandising, Creative Arts, Business Administration with a Retail Merchandising focus, or similar academic areas
- Experience in a senior executive role related to the key responsibilities of the role
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
Salary shall commiserate with applicant experience and credentials, but shall be no less than $120,000 per annum, and no more than $190,000 per annum. A comprehensive benefits package, including; medical, dental, vision, hearing, and select exterior services is being negotiated with providers, and shall be available for use by end of calendar year 2024. Incentive Remuneration at a negotiable percentage of total quarterly sales is also available as part of employee compensation.
