Global Cybersecurity IAM Analyst will assist in the implementation and management of identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our organization’s digital assets. Working closely with business, IT, and application teams, the IAM Analyst will support key IAM processes and technologies to ensure that only authorized individuals have appropriate access to critical resources. This position reports to the Global Cybersecurity IAM Director.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in administering identity solutions, IAM applications, and tools such as Active Directory, Identity Governance and Administration, and other identity applications.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the enforcement of IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Participate in audits, access management process reviews, and assist in identifying control deficiencies, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Assist with the development and tracking of IAM metrics, KPIs, and reports to help measure progress and communicate performance to management.
- Support IAM tools and technologies, recommending enhancements or improvements based on organizational needs.
- Collaborate with the IAM team to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions.
- Assist in the administration of user accounts, groups, and access privileges within the IAM system.
- Help resolve day-to-day IAM operational issues and escalations, ensuring timely problem resolution.
- Support the seamless integration of IAM solutions into the overall infrastructure.
- Participate in IAM-related projects, contributing to tasks such as resource coordination, timelines, and deliverables.
- Keep updated with IAM trends, tools, and technologies to improve the organization's security posture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge And Skills
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts and methodologies, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and identity lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with IAM technologies and tools such as Microsoft Azure, Okta, Saviynt, SailPoint, Active Directory, or similar.
- Basic understanding of security principles, access controls, and authentication protocols (e.g., MFA, RBAC).
- Ability to assist with incident response efforts related to IAM security incidents.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks like SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to IAM issues.
- Basic knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust is a plus.
- Ability to contribute to IAM governance processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Professional Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related security discipline.
- Experience with IAM tools like Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Saviynt, or SailPoint.
- Knowledge of IAM-related regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM certifications are a plus
