Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator with a strong focus on Cisco Routing and Switching (R/S) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and security across our organization.
Skillset: Cisco CCNA/CCNP Certified Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and manage Cisco routing and switching systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
- Conduct regular network assessments and capacity planning to ensure scalability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding network issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in network technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in network administration with a focus on Cisco R/S technologies.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher certification preferred.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and protocols (e.g., SNMP, NetFlow).
- Knowledge of network security practices and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
