Responsibilities
This role will perform system administrator assignments including but not limited to installing systems and application components and configuring them on Windows and Linux environments. This role will also be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, researching and presenting options, analyzing and recommending solutions for both ongoing application changes and new efforts. Ensuring application and infrastructure security following Federal, State and industry standards are also an essential trait in this role. This position requires heavy collaboration with vendors, customers, and other technical areas to understand and execute projects and changes timely.
This position is expected to be proficient and knowledgeable with the following tools and technologies: Windows Server administration (2016 and later), RHEL 7.0 and above, Cloud Infrastructure Azure/AWS/GCP, Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Management Studio, Dynatrace/ Similar debug tools, XML, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Visio, SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), Network knowledge LAN/WAN, Architecture, Firewalls, IOT, etc.
This position will maintain various COTS applications and help configure changes as required for some SAAS products. To serve in this capacity this position should have thorough analytical skills and extensive experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, monitoring, networks, firewalls, architecture including diagraming, remediating vulnerabilities and other application and server support duties.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure project goals related to SAP integration, enhancements and migrations are met;
Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results;
Define program goals and objectives, and align them with the organization's strategy;
Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets;
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget;
Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed;
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management;
Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards;
Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices;
Provide day-to-day support for on-going processes;
Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas to provide application support for agency’s workload demands.
Skills Needed
