Are you a seasoned HubSpot expert with a passion and a proven track record of optimizing and managing HubSpot CRM, automating workflows, and driving engagement across multiple channels? Galactic is seeking a Senior HubSpot CRM & Automation Manager to lead the optimization of our CRM, manage complex marketing automation, and elevate our email and multi-channel marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot CRM Management: Lead the maintenance, optimization and management of our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data cleanliness, accuracy, and usability for both sales and marketing teams.
- Advanced Workflow Automation: Design and implement complex, multi-channel workflows that integrate HubSpot with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other marketing platforms to drive engagement and lead conversion.
- Email Marketing Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of advanced email marketing strategies focused on reducing bounce rates, increasing open rates, and driving conversions.
- Sales Support & Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to ensure CRM workflows support sales efforts, provide real-time data insights, and optimize lead nurturing processes.
- Data-Driven Reporting & Optimization: Develop regular reports on key CRM and marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, data health) and continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Departmental Alignment: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure HubSpot workflows and automations are aligned with overall business objectives and lead to scalable growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM systems and workflows.
- Proven expertise in multi-channel marketing automation, including integration with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Deep understanding of email marketing strategies, list segmentation, A/B testing, and optimizing for engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in SaaS or technology-focused companies preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing CRM systems for B2B companies, especially within the tech or SaaS sectors or companies with a fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing, lead scoring, and other sales automation techniques.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
