Position: System Engineer/Administration (W2 only)
Work Address: 50 Continental Dr, Auburn Hills, MI 48326 (Onsite)
Contract Period: 12+ Months
Work Hours: 9-6
Note: Candidate must be local to Auburn Hills, MI & eligible to work on W2 (USC and GC only).
Must have:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as Windows Server Administrator
- Experience managing MS Active Directory, including installation, configuration and administration of Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Installation and Management of MS SharePoint Server
- Installation and Management of SCCM (System Center Configuration Server Manager) Server.
- Installation and Management of Windows Update Server.
- Experience in Microsoft Serve Admin with AD Build, GP management, AD DNS management, AD architecture management
- Experience in managing DNS servers
- Experiences in managing WSUS and SCCM
Responsibilities:
- Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer's networks and in-house servers
- Maintain Physical Unix, Windows, Linux Servers
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
- Manage Company’s in-house security solution management
- Project management, planning, DR, new system designs and implementation
- Keep an eye out for needed updates
- Backup, DR, Cluster maintenance
- Support and administer third-party applications
- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Resolve problems reported by an end-user
- Define network policies and procedures
- Specify system requirements and design solutions
- Update and maintain Active Directory users and group
