Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will work directly for Divert’s commercial leadership team to provide data-driven insights and analyses that directly inform go-to-market (GTM) strategies and market expansion decisions. This role is critical for managing and interpreting market-level data, helping guide strategic decisions that impact Divert’s growth. The Business Analyst will focus on supporting the first 10 (of 30) key markets and ensuring Divert’s commercial teams have the data they need to meet their objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and analyze market-level data to support Divert’s commercial strategy, including helping shape GTM plans and market-entry decisions.
- Source data from third-party providers to enhance internal datasets, ensuring comprehensive and reliable data is available for decision-making.
- Develop customer-level identification and segmentation by verticals and sub-segments, ensuring the commercial team has a clear understanding of key customer profiles and market opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data, market intelligence, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proactively identify trends and opportunities within market data that could influence Divert’s growth and commercial success.
- Provide actionable insights that guide market-specific strategies and drive business growth.
- Work closely with the commercial leadership team to ensure market analysis aligns with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present findings in a clear, concise format for leadership reviews and decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 7+ years of overall professional experience including 3-5 years of focus in an analytical and strategic role across analytics, consulting, business operations, or finance.
- Technical Proficiency: You have a solid analytical foundation. You can use SQL or excel to analyze large datasets and have strong analytical rigor.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of how to connect data insights to broader business objectives and commercial strategies.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong communicator and collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally to drive data-driven decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex market and business challenges with creative, data-driven solutions that support scalability and efficiency.
- Resourceful: You are scrappy and resourceful. When something needs to get done, you always find a way to make it happen.

- Compensation Range: $120,000 - $135,000 annually
