Provide operational support to various groups of the CMO including OCM, Portfolio and Program Management, Business Information Security, and Metrics & Reporting.
- Support change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training programs.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify and assess the impact of organizational change management, including process improvements and technology.
- Support multiple projects at once while coordinating effective communications across global cross-functional teams.
- Create and deliver informative communication's material, such as presentations, and training material to ensure end users understand the rationale, benefits, and implication of OCM.
- Use Procsi ADKAR and/or other certified OCM models, tools, and frameworks to support improved organizational change management design and alignment.
- Defines and measure organization readiness, establishes metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication, training, and end user understanding.
- Support end-user adoption by developing and running targeted focus group sessions.
- Identify potential sources of resistance, develop strategies to address resistance effectively, and promote a smooth and positive transition for end-users.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on/applied experience supporting organizational change management on engagements as a professional or consultant.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Possess the verbal and written communication skills to work with technical and non-technical personnel at various level within the organization.
- Proven experience working as part of a team
Nice To Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration or Information Security.
- Experience giving presentations to Management-level audience.
- Current Prosci Change Management Certification or be willing to go through the certification process to receive one within 12 months.
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plus.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Proven experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment
