POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Facilities Manager is based out of our West Hollywood clinic and plays a critical role in optimizing our IT infrastructure and facilities management to support the operational needs of the organization. You will leverage technology to drive analytics, improve efficiencies, and support the Executive Team in making informed strategic decisions.
SCOPE OF POSITION
As the IT Facilities Manager at EMER Medical, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our IT systems and facilities. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality services while maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the management of all IT licenses and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement a disaster recovery program to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.
- Create and deliver training materials for staff on IT systems and tools, both during onboarding and for ongoing education.
- Monitor and assess the effective use of IT systems across departments, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify their IT needs and create custom reports to support their management tasks.
- Work closely with the marketing team and digital agencies to analyze the performance of marketing efforts through technology solutions.
- Partner with the CFO to analyze departmental performance data and support strategic initiatives.
- Generate reports and analytics to evaluate the cost-benefit of various technology projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR to develop IT policies for the employee handbook, ensuring clarity on usage and security protocols.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve IT issues with urgency, maintaining a focus on communication and efficiency.
- Streamline tracking and reporting processes to reduce administrative burdens, allowing teams to focus on revenue generation.
- Stay informed about departmental goals and align IT strategies to support these objectives.

Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills with a focus on IT systems management and facilities operations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems for effective sales performance tracking.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in developing training programs and materials for IT systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
