Job Description:
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be a key member of our amazing team, responsible for leading the development and execution of our technology strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the technological landscape of Side Hustle Technologies Inc. from the ground up. You will oversee all technical aspects and technological resources of the organization for the purpose of organizational growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founding team, contributing to the vision and direction of Side Hustle Technologies Inc, and ensuring that our technology stack is cutting-edge and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Product Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of our platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, integrating them into our product to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Agile Development: Implement and oversee agile development practices to ensure efficient and effective delivery of high-quality software.
- Problem Solving: Think critically and creatively to solve complex technical challenges and drive the success of our product.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure alignment and achieve Side Hustle Technologies goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in building consumer products, software development, and launching products to market.
- Practical Expertise: Deep familiarity with AI trends and the latest technologies, with hands-on experience in software development.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams, with a focus on collaboration and team development.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a hacky and out-of-the-box approach to innovation.
- Agile Practices: Experience with agile development methodologies and practices.
- Curiosity and Learning: A passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies and industry trends.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to support and collaborate with others.
- Education: Undergrad degree from the US.
