Description:
Responsible for processing Leave of Absence requests correctly, timely and legally compliant.
Resolves client issues, concerns and inquires.
Fully documents all cases in case management application.
Escalates client service issues to Lead, Supervisor or Manager as necessary.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources; Certification in Human Resources preferred
