Project: Fiori Implementation
We are seeking a resource to provide daily functional and security support within the SAP ECC/S4 environment and assist in the implementation of Fiori applications.
Typical Deliverables
- Address and resolve end-user support requests.
- Create and maintain master data requests.
- Conduct research on issues and solutions, including performing tests on proposed solutions.
- Assist in the analysis and implementation of Fiori applications to enhance County business processes.
- Provide S/4 implementation support, with a deadline of December 17, 2024.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in technical, analytical, configuration, and integration support within S/4 HANA functional areas (MM, FICO, Fixed Asset).
- Experience in the implementation and support of Fiori security and applications.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Ability to resolve security requests for access to SAP ERP.
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for issue resolution.
- Capability to comprehend County business requirements and develop specifications accordingly.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining master data requests.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify causes and resolve system issues.
- Experience in developing, configuring, and testing potential solutions.
- Ability to load files from various sources for COVID Dashboard reporting, Ariba Spend Visibility, PCard processing, and journal entries.
- Skill in creating, performing, executing, and documenting unit and integration testing.
- Experience in researching and implementing Fiori applications for County business processes.
- Proficient in researching and documenting issues/solutions, including performing tests for resolution and collaborating with the SAP vendor on solutions.
- Willingness to perform additional support duties as required.
