Job Description
Our client seeks a skilled PAM Architect for a long-term contract role. This position entails designing and implementing Privileged Access Management solutions in collaboration with Identity Security Engineering and IAM teams. Key responsibilities include enhancing security efficiencies, establishing PAM standards, and aligning solutions with security and business requirements. Ideal candidates will possess over 7 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in IAM leadership. Proficiency in CyberArk, SSO, MFA, and NIST governance frameworks is essential. CISSP or equivalent certification is a plus. Its more on Architecture vs. engineering.
Job Description:
- Essential duties and responsibilities include the planning and execution of a strategic vision for rigorous and scalable solutions with a focus on creating measurable benchmarks, or KPIs, to show progress (or deficiencies requiring additional attention)
- Collaborate with Identity Security Engineering and IAM to implement PAM solutions that align with access policies and processes.
- Further develop or refine PAM and IAM standards, patterns, policies, and procedures.
- Research, validate and deploy solutions meeting security and business needs.
- Drive security efficiencies, enabling team members to work on more advanced tasks.
- Possess a DevOps focus across technology and security architecture, automation, integration, and distribution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements
- 7+ years in Information Technology, with at least 3 years in a senior role directly leading IAM initiatives.
- Experience in both cloud and on-premises IAM solutions
- Working knowledge of governance frameworks such as NIST or ISO 17799
- Extensive knowledge of Privileged Access Management (CyberArk Preferred), SSO, MFA, Active Directory (AD), public key infrastructure (PKI), and application program interface (API) capabilities.
- CISSP (heavily preferred), CIAM, CCSP or other equivalent certification. Or master’s degree in cyber security, related field.

- Highly technical and analytical, with a proven deep background in IAM technology design, implementation, and delivery.
