Job Description:
Hours: Monday-Friday (7am-4pm Arizona time)
- Notes: Four days a week onsite (Monday-Thursday) and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
- The role requires someone with IT SOC (security operations) management experience who has experience managing a contracted MSSP.
- The role would perform various duties within our cybersecurity operations & engineering teams
- One of the primary jobs would be to help us onboard our new MSSP, track transition tasks and progress, collaborate with the MSSP’s project managers and other PMs at company, managing the quality and smooth transition, supporting team documentation needs (SOPs, Playbooks) and generally support our IT SOC team with its operations (incidents, tickets, etc.) as needed and vulnerability management program.
Qualifications:
- 8 years in IT at minimum
- 4 years in Cybersecurity at minimum
- No degree or certifications required
