The Role
The Program Manager at DoorLoop will play a pivotal role in the organization and execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. This role will focus on collaborating with stakeholders across the business to plan, execute, measure, and communicate strategic projects and workstreams. You will also own the ongoing management of strategic projects and workstreams, ensuring that programs continue to operate at peak efficiency and effectiveness. You will support and foster effective communication and collaboration across individuals, teams, and departments, promoting a culture of transparency and engagement that drives program success, in the form of KPI growth.
As a Program Manager at DoorLoop, you will:
- Implement program management best practices to efficiently and effectively plan and execute on high-impact, cross-functional projects across the company.
- Identify and coordinate interdependencies associated with each program you own.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks associated with each program you own.
- Scope and build out program schedules, then communicate and manage program deadlines effectively in order to ensure that projects and workstreams are completed on-time and on-target.
- Identify, request, justify, and allocate resources and budget expenditures as required to ensure the successful execution of each program you own.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders about program plans, progress, problems, and solutions.
- Define, measure, and track KPIs related to projects and communicate trends, identify root causes, and outline data-driven recommended actions.
- Organize and facilitate strategic planning exercises on a Quarterly, Half, and Annual basis, then actualize these strategic plans into effectively scoped programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across DoorLoop to define and implement best practices around project planning, management, organization, and communication.
- Provide company-wide training to individuals, teams, and departments on how to effectively manage projects and programs, including best practices on how to set deadlines, build a project plan, communicate with stakeholders, run a meeting, etc.
- Build and maintain project management resources, like business case templates, project plans, Gantt charts, and project trackers.
- Serve as an internal resource to help functional leaders organize and kick-off projects across DoorLoop.
- Provide executives and department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization.
- Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency of existing programs, projects, and initiatives.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in a high-tech organization, including at least 3 years of related experience focused on project or program management, strategy, and/or operations.
- Proven experience in managing and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders, with an emphasis on problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution management.
- Demonstrated ability to apply quality consistency and best practices through program planning, kickoff, execution, maintenance, and closing phases, all while tracking measurable business outcomes and benefits.
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
