工作职责:
1. 硬件部分:负责各仓库的网络设备运维,监控系统运维,以及新仓库IT基建相关的设计和紧急支援;
2. 软件部分:通过与国内产品、IT团队的对接,持续改善公司内部APP的体验感,BUG优化。
Responsible for the overall planning of the US Logistic system, including managing demands and requests, tracking project progress, overseeing the implementation and training, liaising with IT department to ensure the landing of projects.
Collect system demands. Draft and submit solution proposals to the product manager for analysis.
Oversees the projects and keeps track of their progress, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving project issues.
Identifies resources needed to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables.
Manage project deliveries, collect and transform user feedback into system requests and optimization plans.
Conduct project review from time to time and liaise with the R&D and product manager to optimize and enhance the project management procedure.
Assist users with system integration, provide feedback on user issues on the system and the business.
