Our Ideal Candidate
As Vice President of Artificial Intelligence (AI), you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s AI strategy. You will collaborate with various departments to develop innovative AI solutions, integrate AI technologies into existing processes, and ensure alignment with corporate goals, ultimately driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and improving work processes. Additionally, you will help promote ethical AI practices, stay ahead of industry trends, and establish performance metrics to measure the impact of the AI initiatives. In this role, you will be reporting to the Chief Data Scientist.
Responsibilities
o Develop, deploy, and scale large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) engines:
- ML Learning techniques and framework development.
- Create supervised and unsupervised learning models.
- Tokenize and curate large data sets.
- Model Integration with continuous learning and feedback loops.
o Oversee the selection and use of appropriate AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms.
o Conduct research to stay abreast of latest advancements in the NLP and LLM fields and apply to solve strategic challenges.
o Build experimentation and testing frameworks and processes
o Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and availability for model training and validation
o Establish value measurement metric framework to evaluate and validate the performance and impact of LLM and NLP models
o Develop AI-powered intelligent Document Processing solutions.
o Work with executive leadership to identify and refine the product roadmap
Qualifications
o Master’s or PhD in data science, computer science, or related fields
o Must deeply understand NLP, machine learning (ML), and AI.
o Strong experience in data labeling, tokenization, and data curation
o 10+ years in data science, computer science, product management
o Proficiency in Python, R, Java, and ML frameworks such as Tensorflow or PyTorch
o SQL and Data Visualization proficiency
o Working knowledge of healthcare-specific data a plus
