Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Co-Founder

Position Overview:
As the CTO, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of our technology strategy and execution. You will architect and develop scalable solutions, manage the development team, and ensure the company's infrastructure can handle future growth. We are looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for startups, technology, and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Vision: Define the technical vision and strategy that aligns with our business goals. Lead long-term planning for product and infrastructure development.
- Product Development: Drive the development of our eCommerce platform, B2B solutions, and API integrations. Oversee design, architecture, and deployment of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the tech department.
- Infrastructure & Architecture: Design and implement a scalable and secure technology stack. Ensure our systems are robust, reliable, and can handle future growth.
- Data & Analytics: Drive data-centric decision-making. Implement advanced analytics and data reporting for business intelligence, improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies (AI, ML, IoT, blockchain) and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our product roadmap.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other department heads to ensure seamless alignment between technical and business strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices regarding data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership roles, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Oracle, Azure, GCP), full-stack development, microservices, API integration, and cybersecurity.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams, with the ability to mentor and grow talent.
- Product Development: Experience overseeing the development of SaaS platforms, B2B solutions, or eCommerce platforms from concept to launch.
- Innovation: A passion for emerging technologies like AI, ML, blockchain, and IoT, and an ability to identify their practical applications in business.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or hardware industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketplace technologies and integrating secure payment and logistics platforms.
- Prior experience as a technical founder or CTO in a startup environment is highly desirable.
