We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Reseller Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our valued reseller partners and clients, including those in the healthcare sector and insurance carriers/consultants. Candidates must possess prior experience in customer service and client relationship management.
As a Reseller Specialist, you will:
- Serve as the main liaison for specific reseller partners and their clients.
- Foster long-term, trusting relationships with assigned clients.
- Oversee and manage a diverse book of business, handling day-to-day tasks with precision.
- Enhance your knowledge of our business operations and the wellness industry with the support of the Preferred Health Team.
This is a fully remote position with a salary range of $55,000-$60,000 depending on location and qualifications determined during the interview process. The position work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the designated contact for specific reseller wellness programs through Wellworks For You
- Maintain a book of business consisting of resellers and the clients of resellers
- Maintain and enhance the relationship with specific resellers of Wellworks For You
- Meet with resellers and employer groups to expand Wellworks For You offerings
- Provide ongoing training and education to resellers on the Wellworks For You portal capabilities and future enhancements
- Organize regular check-in calls between the reseller contacts, mutual clients, and Wellworks to educate the contacts on new services and new portal features
- Lead and oversee implementations of new reseller clients and employer groups
- Work with consultants, clients, and account management team members to design, strategize, and meet the needs of each client’s program
- Work closely with the Manager of Healthcare and Reseller Relationships to grow, enhance, and provide ongoing strategic direction to resellers
- Understand EEOC and HIPAA laws and regulations.

Requirements
- 3+ years related account management experience, required
- Prior experience working with resellers, preferred
- Flexible, open to new ideas, and willing to take on new responsibilities
- Forward and critical thinking skills
- Superior knowledge of Wellworks services and technology
- In-depth understanding of the company and its position in the industry
- Well versed in Wellworks contract language, policies, and procedures, once presented and trained
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills, on camera and in person
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously, sometimes under tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain flexible
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
