Oil and gas fund based in Dallas, TX looking for a sales professional who will be responsible for cold calling to set appointments with new clients, as well as follow up with warm leads from Marketing and existing clients in our database. This role will fully support the sales representatives and set appointments for them to close.
We are King Operating Corporation, a privately held energy production company based in Dallas, TX. We help partners achieve significant tax savings, monthly passive income, and a multiple on invested capital by way of an investment vehicle focused on oil and gas production. That is our mission. To do that, we raise capital to acquire, develop and divest oil and gas producing assets by partnering with accredited investors ($1M net worth and $200k annual income for the most recent 3 consecutive years), investor groups, and other industry capital management entities.
Responsibilities:
· Develop business by supporting Senior sales team.
· Prospect new leads, follow up on Marketing leads, uncover new opportunities from the company’s existing client base.
· Develop & help maintain business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact, and scheduling meetings for Senior staff members.
· Provide smooth transition of accounts to sales staff through effective internal communications and proper documentation and compliance practices.
· Use of HubSpot CRM to detail activities which may lead to opportunities that are transitioned to sales.
· Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
· Be able to give an overview of our funds to prospective leads.

Requirements:
· 2+ years of sales and telemarketing experience.
· Candidate must be comfortable with or have experience cold calling.
· Must be comfortable using and working with technology. HubSpot or CRM experience is a plus.
· Proven past achievement in new and expanded client business generation.
· Demonstrate ability to actively manage multiple tasks.
· Must be goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker.
· Must be able to work well under pressure and be efficient in meeting deadlines.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
