- Excellent hands-on experience in RMA process, vendor dispatches

- Hands on experience in Installation of WAPs
- Coordination to Replace WAP, setting up Wi-Fi access points
- Excellent hands-on experience in repairing Cisco equipment for Campus, WAN, and Data Centers.

- Hands on experience in IOS upgrades
- 8+ years of Networking infrastructure management experience.
- Experience with managing multiple data centers, sites.
- Experience with Cisco Nexus switches.
- Experience with OSPF, BGP, IPSec on cisco routers.
Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Arranging scheduled upgrades
- Investigating faults in the network
- Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
- Reporting network status to key stakeholders
- Has extensive knowledge on Cisco products, RMA, vendor Coordination
Process Skills
- Experience of Data Centre Infrastructure deployments involving routing, switching, Firewalls, Loadbalancer, etc.,
- Experience in managing projects through use of processes like risk management, quality management, Issue/problem management & Scope change management
- Consult Troubleshoot and Solve IT infrastructure issues working with Business, IT partners and various IT teams.
- Innovation Management: Embrace innovation and drive IT partners to create, plan and implement innovative network and security infrastructure based on approved concepts, designs and according to IT policies and guidelines.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with other infrastructure teams, application teams, stakeholders, business and customer representatives.
- Organizational skills with attention to task details, documentation, and target dates.
- Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills

Qualification
- Relevant experience of 8+ years
- Must have excellent communication skills, flexibility to work in shifts
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems
