Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an ITIL/ITSM Lead at Global IT Con LLC. The ITIL/ITSM Lead will be responsible for problem management, configuration management, IT service management, IT operations, and information technology tasks on a day-to-day basis in Princeton, NJ.

- ITIL certification required
