Role Description
SiteBid Infrastructure is seeking a strategic partner to join us in a contract hybrid role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As the CTO, you will play a key role in shaping the technology vision of the company and overseeing all aspects of software development, IT strategy, architecture, and product development. Your leadership will help us scale our technology platform to meet the growing demands of the utility and infrastructure marketplace. This role is based in San Diego, CA, with flexible remote work options.
As we continue to grow and disrupt the infrastructure space, the CTO will be instrumental in building cutting-edge solutions that provide real-time data and insights, fostering a seamless marketplace experience for all users.

- Proficiency in Software Development, IT Strategy, and Architecture.
- Proven experience in Project Management and Product Development.
- A track record of leading and managing successful technology teams.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of driving innovation and improvements.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to work cross-functionally in a startup environment.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
