Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) - Ensure that security is embedded into every layer of Cnctd.ai, protecting user data and safeguarding the platform.
- Develop and enforce security policies across the company.
- Oversee compliance with industry security standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST).
- Lead vulnerability management, incident response, and threat intelligence initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on SaaS or cloud environments.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices (AWS, Azure).
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Oversee the financial strategy of Cnctd.ai, ensuring financial health and sustainability as the company scales.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage investor relations and secure funding for growth.
- Ensure financial compliance and optimize cost efficiency.
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within a startup or SaaS company.
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, capital management, and fundraising.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and marketing strategy to position Cnctd.ai as a leading platform in the social and professional networking space.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive user growth and engagement.
- Oversee branding, content creation, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to adjust strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO and COO to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within SaaS or consumer tech.
- Proven track record of successful user acquisition and brand-building campaigns.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Manage the day-to-day operations of Cnctd.ai, ensuring efficient processes and seamless collaboration across all departments.
- Oversee operational efficiency, aligning processes with the company’s strategic goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring strong collaboration between product, tech, marketing, and finance.
- Develop and implement organizational policies to scale operations as the company grows.
