Job Title : ESRI Solution Architect & Security Lead

Responsibilities
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ESRI solutions and architectures.
- Strong knowledge of conceptual (functional and non-functional), technical, and physical architecture.
- Experience with ESRI products (e.g., ArcGIS, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online).
- Demonstrated experience in developing frameworks and methodologies for system and application-level solutions.
- Excellent understanding of information security principles, risk management, and compliance.
- Ability to interpret and translate customer requirements into effective solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications in ESRI technologies (e.g., ArcGIS Desktop Professional, Enterprise Administration Professional).
- Experience in geospatial data management, GIS analytics, and spatial data infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integration with ESRI platforms.
- Design and implement the overall solution architecture, encompassing conceptual, technical, and physical layers.
- Review and validate plans, designs, and implementations to ensure alignment with architectural standards and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain system and application-level solutions frameworks and methodologies.
- Ensure frameworks align with industry best practices and customer needs.
- Understand customer requirements for security and interpret gaps in information security.
- Offer recommendations and solutions to enhance security posture and compliance.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
