Overview
The Property Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of residential or commercial properties on behalf of property owners. Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property occupancy and rental income
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Property Manager or similar role

- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
